during the study week, i went bedok to have hokkien mee. Actually, i did notice the laksa stall beside it was unusually deserted. Now i know why...
basically, mediacorp's recommended chefs taught him new recipes for the owner's trade, which was laksa for him. Then after all the publicity and posters on the stall, he go-stan and reused his old recipe. Not very ethical lah.
